To find your schools nominated contact, visit https://www.support.lgfl.net

The LGfL The Nominated Contact (NC) in an LGfL school should visit https://mailprotect.lgfl.net/ and carry out the following steps:

1. Logon to Mail Protect https://mailprotect.lgfl.net/ as the school's Nominated Contact (NC) 

2. Find the blocked email (generally this is info@charanga.com, but it might be another @charanga.com email address) and go to Details:

3. From the Details link you can allow (green section)

4. Allow for your entire school, choose “Add sender to allow list for (your domain)”:
 

If you can't find or don't know your school's nominated contact (NC), you can allow email for your own email address by visiting https://mailprotect.lgfl.net/ and unblocking the @charanga.com email address you want to receive emails from.
